call and response: the slow seismogenic zone (2020)

process-based experimentation with Wendy Morrow and Jon Smeathers

As a process-based exploration within the overarching project The Slow Seismogenic Zone, and using slowness and infrasonic vibration data researched during the residency in Kyoto, dancer Wendy Morrow and sound artist Jon Smeathers were invited to individually and collaboratively respond to the notion of vibratile force (how things are constantly moving, fragile and in relation) as an underlying provocation.

This project received support from the Australia Council for the Arts, through a Create: Resilience Grant
